On 7/6/2010 Maha Ibrahim, Sr. Field Rep for Assemblywoman Nancy Skinner, gave us insights into the legislative process- of course, she could only talk about process, and not policy. The policy questions would have to be referred higher. She spends most of her time in the field- the Capitol office is not her preference. She said many staffers are young, over-worked and underpaid.
